It is a wine where very different geological, microclimatic and cultural factors intersect. The grapes from which it is produced, in fact, come partly from the Haberle estate in Salurn, on the left orographic side of the Adige Valley, and partly from the vineyards of Penon, on the opposite side of the valley, just above the village of Margreid. This grape variety is certainly among the most sought-after in South Tyrol. This aromatic Traminer owes its characteristics above all to the combination of grapes from two different areas: the warm vineyards around Tramin, which give it substance, breadth and lovable notes, and those located at higher altitudes in the Eisack Valley, which make it fresh and refined, also giving it a more articulate aromatic structure.
