Terms and conditions of the TOP-CSS network

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Top-css.co.uk network, or the set of sites and apps of which Code Cloud S.R.L. (hereinafter also "Code Cloud") is the owner, dedicated to the comparison of offers of products and / or services provided by online stores.

The Top-css.co.uk network only publishes the prices and availability acquired from the online stores and therefore does not guarantee in itself that they are always up to date, that they contain inaccuracies or omissions while taking the utmost care in managing the data entered on the site. In fact, the Top-css.co.uk network acts as a purchase guide, conveying its users to the website of the online store chosen by the users themselves.

Consequently, Code Cloud assumes no obligation to justify, purchase products or take other actions towards its users as a result of any misunderstanding that may have occurred during the consultation of the site. The purchase of all products by users always and exclusively takes place on the websites of the online shops present on the Top-css.co.uk network. The user acknowledges and therefore undertakes, in the event of defects in the products or services purchased or damage caused by the latter, to contact for any complaints, compensation and / or legal actions only and exclusively to the company owner of the online store .

Code Cloud is in no way responsible for any damage or injury connected with the use of the information, products, links and services published on the site. The users of the Top-css.co.uk network can appeal - where applicable - to the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) which guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.

It is understood that the services offered by the Top-css.co.uk network must not be used in violation of laws or making an improper use (by way of example but not limited to via bots). In such cases Code Cloud reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the provision of the services.

Code Cloud reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.

General conditions of use for registered users

1. Object

The conditions and terms below concern the provision by Code Cloud of a space on the internet in which subscribers can freely express their personal comments regarding products and services offered for consumption by third parties and found through Top-css.co.uk/Siboom.it and the creation of lists.

2. Registration

In order to use this service, the user must register on the site by following the instructions in the appropriate section. Then you will receive an email from the network: clicking on the link you will find in the network will complete the registration. This is to ensure that the e-mail address provided really belongs to the person who entered the data. Registration implies acceptance of the general conditions of the service indicated on this page. Alternatively, the user can access the service through their social account. 3. Content

Users registered on Top-css.co.uk/Siboom.it have the possibility, in addition to creating personal lists, to express their personal opinions in relation to products purchased or services of the e-commerce stores with which they have come into contact through the network. by Top-css.co.uk. Subscribers undertake, in expressing their opinions:

• not to violate any copyright, trademark, patent or other industrial or intellectual property right of third parties;
• not to disseminate obscene, pornographic, profane or outrageous material;
• not to commit crimes against morality or public order, insult and defamation, incitement to crime and incitement to racial hatred;
• not to violate the Italian legislation on privacy.

In any case, subscribers will indemnify Code Cloud from any third party claims in relation to the violation of these rights. Subscribers also undertake not to use the service to advertise, directly or indirectly, brands, products or services offered for consumption. Failure by a subscriber to these conditions will result in the automatic termination of the contract, with immediate suspension of the service offered and the right of Code Cloud to compensation for any further damage.

Code Cloud reserves the right, in case of indication by a subscriber of negative data and / or facts referring to a reseller that may be subject to control, the right to verify together with the reseller the truthfulness or otherwise of data and / or facts; if it appears that the subscriber has indicated untrue data and / or facts, Code Cloud may publish a note in which it will correct such false and / or incomplete information.

The contents created on the TOP-CSS network by registered users are granted, free of charge, in a non-exclusive license by them to Code Cloud. Code Cloud has the right to use them freely, without time or territorial limits.

4. Confidentiality

The user is considered solely responsible for any use made in his name of his account, and is liable for any damage caused to Code Cloud as a result of unauthorized use. In case of appropriation by third parties of his account, in any way occurred, the user undertakes to communicate it immediately to Code Cloud.

5. Limitation of Liability

Code Cloud does not exercise any form of control over what is expressed in the comments by users; therefore it does not assume any responsibility for the completeness, reliability and correctness and of the opinions present on the site. You agree to use such comments solely at your own risk, and you waive any claims against Code Cloud for any damages. Code Cloud does not respond to users in the event of technical failures that may occur and cause suspension of the service.

6. Duration of the contract

The contract has an indefinite duration. Code Cloud has the power to suspend the provision of the service at any time. The parties can withdraw with a communication via e-mail.

7. Modification of the general conditions

Code Cloud may modify at any time, at its discretion, in part or in full, the general conditions described herein; this subject to prior information on the site. The use by the user of the service provided by Code Cloud subsequent to this information will automatically be considered an implicit act of acceptance and full signing of any changes.
