Rosea, in particular, is a very pleasant Brut sparkling wine, made from a cuvée of various white and red grape varieties. The grapes come from areas with a high vocation in the North East, where bubbles are an integral part of the tradition. Here the soils are marly, of alluvial origin and rich in skeleton. Perfect for the production of fresh and fragrant base wines. Rosea has a soft but brilliant pink colour and reveals a fine and persistent perlage in the glass. The nose is pleasantly fruity and floral, with delicate hints of unripe golden apples and small white flowers. On the palate, however, it is pleasantly dry, thanks to the low dosage, and at the same time fresh and savoury with a pleasant aftertaste that recalls the fruit notes perceived earlier. An aperitif wine par excellence, Rosea is also suitable for accompanying fish dishes alla livornese, with tomatoes and olives.
